This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. American Valor Real Estate Investments LLC] (“American Valor Real Estate Investments,” “AV REI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or submit a request through our forms (together, the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

AV REI is a veteran-owned real estate investment company serving the Florida Gulf Coast. We purchase homes for our own account as a principal buyer and maintain a network of investors for off-market opportunities. American Valor Realty, a licensed real estate brokerage, is an affiliated but separately operated company. Any services provided in a licensed brokerage capacity are governed by separate agreements and disclosures and are not the subject of this Policy.

2. Information we collect

When you request a cash offer, submit a property, or join our investor list, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address, property details and photographs, and any message you choose to send us.

The instant cash-offer tool embedded on our Site is operated by a third party, Instant Cash Offer Generator. Information you enter into that tool is also handled under that provider’s own privacy policy, available at instantcashoffergenerator.com/privacy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, including through cookies and analytics tools (see “Cookies & analytics” below).

Information from other sources

4. Calls, text messages & marketing (TCPA / SMS)

By providing your phone number and giving consent on our forms, you agree that AV REI and those acting on its behalf may contact you at that number by phone call and text message (SMS/MMS), including using automated dialing or messaging technology, regarding your inquiry, your property, and related real estate opportunities.

  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
  • You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information:

  • Our affiliated brokerage, American Valor Realty, where relevant to a request you have made;

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services you request, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
